Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do. Nayomimoda.com orders can be delivered to any region which is serviced by our 3rd party delivery partners, and which is not prohibited to do so by KSA law or OFAC Sanctions. 

What are your charges for delivery?

We charge a standard, flat fee for your delivery, regardless of weight or number of items. Please see the section below on courier charges for your specific region and currency.

Why am I paying shipping charges?

The shipping or delivery fee is charged to deliver your items right to your door. We have selected a simple and convenient flat fee structure, regardless of weight, so you will not be asked to pay for incremental increases in weight, just a small, once-off delivery cost.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped without delay, from our warehouse, when all the items have been received and perfectly packaged in our Moda box/bag.

Delivery times vary between countries & locations.

Please note that delivery times can be impacted on Customs Clearance times. This is not in our control and we will not be able to liaise with individual countries' customs, authorities to assist you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! Simply enter the Airway-bill number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the Aramex website https://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx or given information by email.

What is Click & Collect and how does it work?

Click & Collect is a convenient and complimentary service, which allows you to shop and pay for your order online, and then select your pick-up point in one of our selected stores in KSA and collect it at your convenience.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready to be collected from your selected store.

How do I place an order for Click & Collect?

Here is what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:

1. Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our departments.

2. Add these products to your cart with the 'Add to cart' button.

3. Go to checkout page & select your city then choose Click & Collect.

4. Choose the store you would like to collect from using the list or select it on the map

5. Enter your payment information and click the 'Continue' button.

6. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready to be collected from your selected store.

How much does Click & Collect cost?

Click & Collect is FREE from your chosen store. Your order can be collected in 3-5 working days. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order is ready to be collected from your selected store.

Which store will my order go to?

When you place your order, you will be able to select a store that's convenient for you from a list of stores available. The name of your chosen store will appear in your email confirmation.

How can I pay for Click & Collect order?

Click & Collect is a pre-paid service meaning we only offer collection for orders placed using a credit card.

How do I change my shopping language?

Simply select your preferred language from the menu bar on the website or go to settings on App.

 

Can I return items purchased on Nayomimoda.com?

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on underwear. We will accept returns within 7 days on other products if it meets the Returns criteria outlined in our policy.

How do I return items?

For prepaid purchases, you may return your purchased items by logging into your profile on our website. If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support via help@nayomimoda.com or you call us from KSA at 8001180009 to help you with the return. The refund usually takes 10-14 working days after a thorough quality check and acceptance from the warehouse.

If it was a click-and-collect order, then you may easily visit any of our Moda stores to return your item and have your paid amount refunded instantly in cash or contact customer service for further support.

Please note: Due to charges involved for shipping and returning products abroad (including customs fees) we do not accept international cancellations.

Will I get a refund?

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

  • Credit Card orders upon successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within 10 working days. Please contact Customer Service only if you have not received a refund after 14 working days.
  • COD orders you will receive refund upon a quality check in our WH.

Any fees such as delivery or COD fee will be deducted from the refund unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Is the delivery cost refunded when I return an item?

We are happy to refund the delivery cost of the item if a mistake had been made by the team, such as incorrect item and size sent, damaged product etc.

Unfortunately, delivery costs cannot be refunded if the receiver no longer wants the item or it was returned directly in Moda stores.

Will I pay any customs fees for my international order upon delivery?

Custom fees are determined and charged by the country where we are shipping your products. We may not be aware of the exact amount, that's why we don't add it on the invoice nor able to determine the exact amount. Upon arrival, our dedicated courier will be in touch with you to inform you about the exact amount as assessed and decided by your country.
